Bright and modern apartment in a detached house (newly built in 2024) with a beautiful balcony that will make the heart of every guest beat faster in both summer and winter.

It is located in the picturesque old village centre on Furkastrasse in Ulrichen, the centre of the Swiss Alps and an excellent starting point for the Nufenen, Grimsel and Furka passes.

The non-smoking apartment is designed for 2 adults and in the luxurious apartment you will find everything you need for your daily use. The apartment also has a south-facing balcony and balcony furniture.

Ulrichen is located in the center of the Swiss Alps with starting point to the alpine passes Nufenen, Grimsel and Furka. Ideal accommodation for motorcyclists, bikers, hikers, golfers, snowshoers and cross-country skiers, close to the cross-country ski trail and night trail.

Public parking is available directly at the house. Optionally, you can rent a covered and closed garage for 1 car or 2 motorbikes (CHF 100 per week).
